Quick and filling, this can be ready in 20 minutes, if you can wait that long!
Ingredients/ Toppings
Grated cheese, parmesan with a squeeze of lemon,
Pesto stirred straight into the pot,
A tin of Ratatouille stirred in with grated cheese, if there is time bake this in the oven, a good base for lasagne too!
Tinned chopped tomatoes with basil, add grated cheese and a twist of black pepper.
A tub of cream cheese, there are a range of them with chives, salmon, peppers etc stirred into hot pasta, with a little of the water it was cooked in makes a quick and tasty sauce.
If you have vegetables that have been left over then pan fry them, add to the cooked pasta with some grated cheese. If you want to, you can cook this in the oven or under a grill and serve with garlic bread.
The joy of pasta is that it simple and you can use whatever you have to hand to add flavour to it.
